View this email in your browser Hello Dancers and Parents, A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who helped make the last two "photo weeks" happen. Our team has worked tirelessly behind the scenes getting costumes ready and to the studio - and everyone who was in the studio over the last few days could see the mammoth effort that goes into the photos during class. Thank you to all last minute helpers on the day - you are all life savers! We have the best dance family! THANK YOU! Cabaret Tickets available now Our dancers are getting very excited to show off everything they have learned this year. Cabaret tickets are available now. Click here to purchase your tickets now. We loved you for feedback after last year's show and you told us overwhelmingly that you loved it, so we are going to stick to the same setup: Tables of 10 | all seating will be allocated. Please refer to the seating plan when you arrive at the venue. If you want to sit with with friends, please book together to ensure you are seated at the same table. Alternatively, email us after booking and we will do our best to sit you together when organising the seating plan. BYO Food | Please feel free to put together a plate of food to enjoy with your table. Drinks available for purchase | For your convenience, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, including coffee, will be available for purchase at the venue. Any questions? To make Cabaret and the behind the scenes so much easier, we will get our printers to add your name to the bag - for FREE. Love it as much as much as we do? Order yours here now! Cabaret Details Please find below details for Cabaret Day. As always, we try to do most of our rehearsing in class, to reduce the impact on your family lives. We do however need to give our dancers a chance to see the stage before the show, so we will need them at the venue earlier in the day. Junior Show Dancers arrive 11.00 Run through 11.30- 12.30 Doors 12.30 ACT 1 (8 dances- 40 mins)- 1-1.40pm interval-( 20 mins)1.40-2 pm ACT 2 ( 8 dances 40 mins) 2-2.40pm Finish 3pm Senior Show Dancers arrive- 3.30pm Run through 4-5pm Doors - 5pm Act 1 (10 dances) 5.30-6.10 Interval (20 mins) - 6.10-6.30 Act 2 ( 10 dances-40 mins) - 6.30-7.10 Finish 7.30 Dates for your Calendar Monday, 11 June Public holiday | No classes except IDT company and Senior Contemporary. Tuesday, 12 June Our studio is being set up for exams the next day | No Kids Groove or Kids Glee.* Wednesday, 13 June Exams in our Studios | No Tiny or Mini Groovers* Monday, 18 June Final Autopay for term 2 *We'll send more info out directly to each class during the week Lost property We have soooo much 'found property' in the studio.
