This week we all get to share our wondrous performance experience in the magical world of the Theatre! On Thursday we hit THE GPAC and I'm so excited I just can't hide it!!! Please read the following details carefully - we work hard to make this busy time as smooth as possible for all our dancers, so this means a lot of different timetables. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We know it'll be all worth it when you finally stand on stage! You will also receive a detailed email with your specific requirements. I hope this helps. If you are unsure about anything, please just reply to the email. Easy! REMINDER Please note that all class fees have to be paid to enter the theatre. There will be no exceptions. 'AWESOME IN THE 80's' SHOW WEEK CLASSES Monday (Noble St. Uniting Church Hall) Tween Groove : 4-5pm iGen & Senior Hip Hop: 4.15-5.45pm Junior Glee: NO CLASS Senior Contemporary: 6.00-7.00pm IDT Company Dancers: 6.00pm Costume Call, 7.00-8.30pm Class Tuesday (Noble St Uniting Church Hall) Kids Groove: NO CLASS iDance: 4.00-5.00pm Tuesday (St. Davids Studio) DanceAbility: 5.30-6.30pm Wednesday Morning (Waterfront Church-right near Fuel Coffee!) Mini Groovers: 10-10.45am Wednesday Afternoon (Geelong College) Inters: 4 - 5.30pm Kindy Groove: NO CLASS Junior Hip Hop: NO CLASS Inter Contemporary : NO CLASS Senior Hip Hop : 5 - 6.30pm Thursday we are IN THE THEATRE - Woo Hoo!!! (GPAC Stage Door, Atchison Place) Please be prompt. Times are very tight. GPAC is a top class theatre facility and dancing here gives our dancers a taste of a professional dancers' life. We are so lucky to perform in one of the best venues in Victoria! Kindy, Mini, Kids Groove: 4 - 5.30pm Junior Classes: 4.30 - 6.30pm Tween Groove: 4.30 - 7pm iDance: 4.30 - 7.30pm Inter & Senior Classes: 4.30 - 8.15pm Danceability: No Class Please note: 3.30 - 4.00 will be dressing room set up times. Only people with sets of costumes will be able to enter before 4pm. FRIDAY 17th Arrival Times for 7pm Show (GPAC Stage Door, Atchison Place) Kindy, Mini, Kids Groove: 6pm Junior Classes: 5.45pm Tween Groove: 5.45pm iDance: 5.30pm Inter Classes: 5.30pm Senior Classes: 5pm Danceability: 5.15pm Estimated Pickup Time: 9.30 - 9.45pm inside the GPAC Foyer. All students must have their names checked off with their supervisor. SATURDAY 18th Arrival Times for 12.30pm Show (GPAC Stage Door, Atchison Place) Kindy, Mini, Kids Groove: 11.30am Junior Classes: 11.15am Tween Groove: 11.15am iDance: 11am Inter Classes: 11am Senior Classes: 10.30am Danceability: 11.30am Estimated Pickup Time: 3-3.45pm inside the GPAC Foyer. All students must have their names checked off with their supervisor. DVD ORDERS Only a few days left to order your own copy of the professionally filmed and produced DVD of our show "AWESOME in the 80's". Some of you had problems downloading last week's form, so we have popped it on our website. Please print it out and bring into class or theatre with payment in a named envelope by November 24th to ensure you get your copy delivered to your door as soon as it drops.
