    Dancing isn’t just for the kids! Dance is for everyone, and we believe the power of music and movement can transform you for the better - physically, mentally and socially!

    Our Senior program focuses on honing in and going further with student’s existing dance skills. We recommend this program for those who have danced in the past and are ready to challenge themselves with new skills in an amazing community. Our Seniors really look forward to coming back week after week and love that they get to spend class time doing something purely for them!

  • Jazz

    Our adult jazz class is all about high energy, great music, and feel-good movement. Get down and boogie to great music with our awesome crew! Each week we learn new routines and skills that will improve your fitness, strength and flexibility (without even knowing it).

    Sweat, smile, and let loose. Come dance it out, feel the music, and leave buzzing with energy!

    We recommend this program for those who have danced in the past and are ready to challenge themselves with new skills in an amazing community.

    Classes times:
    Monday:7-8pm
    Wednesday: 7:45-8:45

  • Contemporary

    A specialist class in a more lyrical, modern style where students improve their strength, flexibility and technique while focusing on expressive skills, floor work, elevations and other features of the contemporary dance genre.

    Feel the flow of contemporary dance and you’ll be amazed at how grounded and present you’ll feel.

    A class aimed to teach multiple routines over the year and learn the multifaceted discipline that is contemporary dance.

    Class times:
    Monday: 6-7pm
    Wednesday: 6:45-7:45

  • Hip Hop

    Open Hip Hop is suitable for intermediate to advanced dancers looking to challenge and extend their skills.

    This crew explores various urban and commercial dance styles through intricate and fast-paced routines. From breaking, popping and locking to waacking, vogue and commercial. Move your body in a dynamic, fun and exciting way that is bound to make you break a sweat!
