Dancers Arrive: 5pm
Foyer Opens: 4pm
Theatre doors open: 6.30pm
Show: 7pm–8pm

Dancers arrive at 5pm in the foyer of McAuley Hall, Sacred Heart College. Penni will meet dancers, take attendance and head through to the theatre when everyone has arrived.

Please note it is really important to be on time to ensure a smooth day. Time will be limited, so please arrive with your hair and makeup done! Email us if you need help.

Parents/carers are welcome to wait in the foyer after drop-offs. We will have barista made coffee, a bar, and gifts available.

Please wear your hair “half up”. It is important that all hair is neatly out of the face.

If you need help with this please just pack a hairbrush, hair ties and pins, and send us an email beforehand, so we can make sure we have staff seeking them out straight away.

Dancers can wear minimal makeup if they wish. We can help with this on the day, please pack your own products for hygiene reasons.

Please no glitter on dancers faces. If you would like to add a bit of extra sparkle (we all love sparkle!!!), you are welcome to put some glitter on their hair before they get to the venue.

Feel free to bring snacks with you on the day. We recommend healthy energy for a big day!

If you’d like to bring snacks be mindful of the food you pack.

Please bring clean food, don’t include items that are messy, could stain clothing, or stays on your fingers. We work hard on our costumes and want to keep them as tidy as possible!

Nut free snacks only please!

Dancers will be required to wear black leggings (black pants for boys) and black singlet top. Please also wear white ankle socks.

We encourage all dancers to wear a zip through jacket which will keep them warm once in costume and which we can easily take off without messing up their hair.

Please bring a labelled water bottle, hair and makeup items if required and any important medication.

Don’t bring any valuables with you. There are lots of people in the space and unnamed things can get lost quite easily!
